AT&T started rolling out Android 4.3 to Galaxy S4 Active users

Yesterday AT&T started an OTA update to Jelly Bean (Android 4.3) for it's Samsung Galaxy S4 Active users.  The update weighed in at 772 MB, so unless you've got some 4G it might take a little while.  Set it to download in the background and go about your day.  As always, make sure your phone is good and charged before you begin the update.  It can take a while and might eat a little battery up.

Among the changes are 1080p Netflix, Open GL ES support, some bluetooth technology updates and much more.  You can read all about the update rollout and the changes specific to Android 4.3 (Jelly Bean) at each of the links below:

The HTC One X is expected to launch on AT&T May 6th and they're already taking pre-orders and should be available in both black and white.  The phone will ship running Android 4.0, Ice Cream Sanwich and of course comes with HTC Sense 4.0 as well.  The screen is a 7.7 inch 720p HD Super-LCD 2 display.  It also has a 1.5 Ghz dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor, 1GB ram and an 8 MP camera that boasts 1080p video support.  32 GB total storage and no microSD slot leaves the device a little light on space but it does come with Beats Audio integration and with the optional Media Link HD you can stream wirelessly from the device.

The Samsung Infuse is AT&T's largest Android with a 4.5" Super-AMOLED 'Plus' screen.  Unfortunatley underneat that screen is a single core processor, although it is a 1.2GHz.  Not only is it one of the largest phones, it's also one of the thinnest at just 9-millimeters at it's thinest.  Throw in an 8MP rear-facing and 1.3MP front-facing cameras, the media hub to deliver movies and tv and you've got a nice little phone...all running on Android 2.2.
